I regularly practice meditation. Even so, I find that this app has given me a new way to look at my practice. When Im looking for variety, I just pull up a card and use that as a springboard for something new. Very cool.
During my stressful days this is where I turn to calm down and center myself. Thanks for this beautiful app!

This seems basically like the content from the Chronicle Books "The Essential Meditations" deck made into an app. Theres nothing particularly innovative of interactive about this -- nothing new from the hard copy, print version. However the content is very nice. Theres simple, bite-size meditations each accompanied with a thoughtful illustration. Its a nice thing to be able to carry around in your pocket, to do almost anywhere.

There are some really good ideas to assist in meditation with this app. Its rewarding when you actually practice the ideas.
Excellent exercises! So nice and easy to focus the mind away from the job and house and bills and family and dishes and cleaning and cooking and all the other million things that need your attention!!! They are easy to do while doing a lot of those busy work tasks like driving, doing the dishes, taking a shower. I already feel less stress by just taking my head to a nicer place!!!
One I actually use all of the time!
